How 4 Experiments Generated £4M+ in Additional Annual Revenue

Instead of running surface-level A/B tests, I focused on the moments that actually drive revenue - first purchase, subscription conversion, and order expansion.

+147.9% First Time Subscribers. I restructured the offer, incentives, and value perception so clearly that not subscribing simply didn’t make sense.

+19.6% Conversion Rate. Only ~44% of users who added to cart were reaching checkout. I fixed that step - and conversions followed.

+6.9% Average Order Value. Only ~40% of homepage traffic converted into subscribers, while PDPs were converting ~60%. I fixed the product section - resulting in +6.9% AOV, +15.6% subscription rate, and +11.7% RPV.

How a Single ATF Redesign Lifted CVR by 23.5% and RPV by 19.4%

The product page had 3,500+ reviews, strong traffic, and a great product. But the offer section was hiding the deal instead of selling it. I restructured the ATF around value visibility — red savings badges, left-digit pricing, and an escalating incentive ladder.

+23.5% Conversion Rate. Explicit dollar savings in red, left-digit repricing ($200→$199), and a reframed battery selector removed friction and made the deal impossible to miss.

+19.4% Revenue Per Visitor. Single-unit orders collapsed from 53% to 12%. The 2-unit tier went from 14% of orders to 52% — customers weren't debating whether to buy, but how many.

+88% Multi-Unit Order Rate. I dropped bundle prices below key left-digit thresholds ($299, $349) and stacked escalating incentives — warranty, insured shipping, gift card — so every step up felt like unlocking a better deal.

How Embedding a Buy Box Inside a Listicle Lifted CVR by 21.5%

80%+ of visitors were bouncing before reaching the product page. The listicle was convincing people — then losing them on the redirect. We put the offer inside the content instead.

+21.5% Conversion Rate. Embedded a full buy box directly inside the listicle. No redirect, no context switch. Intent stays hot.

+14.9% Revenue Per Visitor. The redirect was costing over a fifth of conversions. Removing one page load between 'convinced' and 'can buy' recovered it.

80%+ Bounce Rate Addressed. Heatmaps showed visitors clicking the first headline and CTA within seconds. They were already sold — they just needed the offer where they were.

How Reframing 4 Post-Purchase Offers Generated a +104% RPV Lift — Without Changing a Single Price

VitaDrive had a post-purchase funnel that was live, technically functional, and quietly leaving a fortune on the table. Every offer was underframed. I fixed the framing. Nothing else.

+104.3% Downsell RPV. Customers who said no to the primary upsell were converting at 9.32%. Reframing the decline offer as a genuine last-chance exclusive pushed that to 19.07% — revenue per visit more than doubled on a segment that was previously a dead end.

+42.6% Primary Upsell RPV. Same product, same price, same discount. CVR jumped from 10.26% to 15.37% by repositioning the offer as a VIP post-purchase exclusive unavailable to general visitors.

+137.4% Thank You Page CVR. The order confirmation screen was converting at 1.98%. Treating it as an urgent final revenue touchpoint — not a receipt — pushed conversion to 4.70% with zero additional spend.
